The session was on, discussing further about lead generation and acquiring contacts ad users through lead generation. The session was conducted by Radh Mohannad Ahmed who was the mentor for this particular session.

“Be The Star of Entrepreneurship” Mentorship Sessions: Lead Generation and Sales
Radh Mohannad Ahmed is the Head of Growth at Turtle Venture. Also working as a Projects and Partnerships Consultant at Maya. The workshop participants got to immerse themselves in learning about different areas of business.
The session kicked off with general niceties between the mentor and the participants. The session went on to discuss the definition and simplification of lead generation. He described lead generation as the process of attracting prospects to your business and increasing their interest through nurturing, all with the end goal of converting them into a customer.
The session continued as he discussed further about the precursor of lead generation are: Understanding your product, understanding the people who need it, and finding the right match. Then he moved on to market segmentation. He said that the market needs to be segmented, then comes decision-making of the group of users you wish to attract, then plan the next stages.
Then he went in-depth into the types of lead generations, the methods of approaching (digital marketing and offline methods) as well as the methods of setting up a meeting step by step. It is a tricky road to start contacting target users and actually achieve a good amount of user base that you can gather.
He also further discussed about pitching and maintaining proper etiquette during pitch decks. After a brief interaction segment between the mentor and the participants about lead generation questions, the session came to an end.
