Turtle Venture specializes in designing and executing impact-first investment mechanisms that unlock capital for underserved entrepreneurs. We work with DFIs, philanthropic foundations, development agencies, and corporate CSR arms to mobilize catalytic funding instruments that de-risk early-stage ventures and crowd in private investment.
Our approach leverages innovative financing models such as results-based financing, recoverable grants, first-loss capital, and concessional debt. We support partners in aligning their financial tools with SDG priorities— especially around youth employment, climate action, women entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion.
