ACT COVID-19: National Call was launched as a response to the unprecedented challenges posed by the global pandemic. With the COVID-19 outbreak causing severe health, economic, and social disruptions worldwide, Bangladesh faced an urgent need for solutions in healthcare, education, housing, and supply chain systems. The platform was created to collect innovative ideas and business solutions from entrepreneurs that could directly address these challenges and help normalize citizens’ lives in the post-pandemic era.

Through this initiative, selected entrepreneurs received comprehensive support including prototype development, mentorship, market access, logistical assistance, funding, and access to critical networks. By bridging innovation with impact, ACT COVID-19: National Call aimed to empower startups and changemakers to design scalable solutions, combat the pandemic’s effects, and contribute to building a more resilient Bangladesh.
